Karen Seltzer created Best in Show Pet Portraits in 2008 after receiving great feed back on paintings of pets she created for family and friends.  Her favorable reviews led her to begin painting custom portraits of pets, and she has continued to provide keepsake oil paintings to many satisified customers.

Karen received her MFA from the Univ. of Massachusetts at Amherst, was awarded a Ford Foundation Grant and has received numerous awards. Her paintings have been in over 70+ juried and non- juried shows and are included
in numerous private and corporate collections throughout the East Coast and the Midwest.
Karen currently exhibits her paintings at the CCA Gallery on Zionsville, IN; and is a member of
